Hi! Welcome to No Sugar, No Problem! My name is Eleanor and this is my blog! Do you have a sweet tooth, do you crave carbs, do you love food? Maybe you do, but can’t have any because of your diet or exercise regime. 😦 However, you are in the right place; because all of my recipes are gluten free and added / refined sugar free! I have started my journey of trying to eliminate sugar and wheat from my diet, so I wanted to let other people who are trying it, or even just trying to live a more healthy lifestyle, to know that there are recipes and foods out there that you can still enjoy and eat without feeling bad!
